Villa Duinland East is one of the two similar semidetached 7-person holiday homes in Sint Maartenszee. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This holiday home is located in Park Duinland, a nice park within walking distance of the beach and the sea. With all the amenities need in the near surroundings this is a super holiday destination. One can find an indoor swimming pool, mini golf course, tennis courts, table tennis a supermarket and various restaurants within walking distance.
Villa Duinland East is a luxury holiday home built in 2014. On the ground floor there is a large bright living room with nice seating area and a fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, and microwave
The living has a dining that offers ample seating space for the whole family. The house has a flat screen TV with cable channels and wireless internet. From the living room one can access the pretty south facing garden through two sliding doors.
The holiday villa has one bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor, and at the entrance of the house one can find a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house is a large bathroom with bath and 2nd toilet. Here are also the 2 other bedroom a bedroom for 2 persons and one bedroom for 3 persons. All beds in the house are single box-spring beds.
As Villa Duinland is a semidetached hous, the location is very well suitable for two families or groups of up to 14 people. The houses have a partly joint garden at the rear.
