The house is located on the park Sandepark, this is within 500 meters from the sea. Via a footpath through the dunes one can reach the beautiful beach of Groote Keeten.
In Groote Keeten two good restaurants can be found. With a drive of just 5 minutes , you are in the center of the charming village of Callantsoog, where several cozy restaurants are located. In Callantsoog is the supermarket which is open 365 days a year.
With its good location the house is ideal for a summer beach holiday but also very suitable for a great cozy autumn getaway.
The house has on the ground floor a beautiful bright and spacious living room with open kitchen.
There is as bedroom , bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet on the ground floor.
The open kitchen has a 6 burner stove , dishwasher , microwave oven , microwave and large fridge freezer . The separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer .
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, a large bathroom with bath, shower and double sink.
There is also a separate toilet on the second floor.
All beds are single beds.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house .
