“Huize Zomer Vreugd (Summer’s joy) is located on one of the most beautiful streets in Callantsoog, the “Op 't Landtweg”. Overlooking the dunes and around the corner from the beach and lively town center of the coastal town of Callantsoog. A beautiful and modern house on the perfect holiday seaside spot. This cottage offers everything you expect from your beach holiday. From the lovely wood stove in the living room till the bicycle shed, and from the fully equipped kitchen till cozy and enclosed dune garden.
The house is in combination with the guest house in the backyard suitable for 6 people. The house itself has one bedroom and in the livingroom a good sofa-bed, the guest house has a double bed.
You enter the house in the modern spacious kitchen through the spacious backyard. The kitchen features a 4-burner stove, oven-microwave combination, fridge with freezer and a large number of kitchen appliances such as a Senseo-machine, a toaster, sandwich maker and egg cooker. The dining table for 6 persons can be found in the kitchen as well.
The bathroom with shower and sink is accessible from the kitchen.
The cozy and bright living room at the front, has an open connection with the kitchen. It features a good sofa, comfortable chairs and a wide windowsill with plenty place to sit, a lovely place to read a good book while overlooking the dunes. Unique to the living room is the cozy woodstove. This ensures, even when the stove is not lit, a nice cozy atmosphere.
The small terrace facing the street is accessible through a double door in the living room. This terrace is oriented on the southwest, a good spot to enjoy the evening after a day on the beach. In the garden at the back one finds a second terrace, a convenient picnic bench and the bike shed. The garden is completely fenced and private.

This holiday location can accommodate 6 people. In the main house is a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa in the living room which can be turned into a good bed from 1.40 by 2. It has been taken into account that one would sleep in the living room, as the living room has good window blinds.
The additional bed for two is situated in the guesthouse. This is a small house in the backyard which is fully equipped for two people. It has a private bathroom with shower and toilet and a small kitchenette with also a waterboiler and Senseo-machine. The house Zomer Vreugd is therefore very suitable to rent with family or friends as one can still go its own way.
