This detached house is located only 650 metres from the beach, and close to the lively village square with its shops, cafés and restaurants. You’ll be staying in a quiet street (Previnaireweg) with plenty of privacy – and the sea within easy reach.
The house is fully ground floor and decorated with great attention to comfort and detail.
In the living room you’ll find a large dining table, a cosy sitting area, and plenty of natural light through the French doors leading into the garden.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso and filter coffee machine – everything you need for relaxed cooking and dining with family or friends.

There are two bathrooms, two toilets, and a washing machine – perfect for families or two couples holidaying together.
The large, enclosed garden makes this house extra special. Children can safely play on the grass, swing, drive the go-kart or enjoy the little tree house and slide, while you relax on one of the two terraces.
There is plenty of sun, space and privacy thanks to the trees surrounding the garden.
You can park your car on the private driveway, and there is also a charging station for electric vehicles.

There’s always something to enjoy in the area: head to the beach, explore the nearby Zwanenwater nature reserve, or take a bike ride through the green countryside towards Schagen.
The charming village of Callantsoog has everything you need – from a supermarket and cosy beach bars to lovely boutiques and perhaps the best ice cream in the Netherlands.
