The beach house is located in a lovely holiday park Zeewaard , a park with various other holiday houses. The quiet car free park is child friendly with, among other things, a nice playground.
Layout of the ground floor:
Spacious entrance which gives access to the living room, a gast toilet and the stairs to the 1st floor.
The house has a beautiful spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a more than complete inventory. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave and a large refrigerator and freezer. The living is in open access with the kitchen, here you’ll find the dinner table for 6 people and there is a nice lounge area with sofa.
Through the sliding door from in living one can access the south facing terasse. Here one can truly enjoy the perfect summers evening with a glass of wine and in the background the soft sounds of birds and the delicious natural scents that belong to a long hot summer’s day.
On the ground floor one of the three bedrooms is situated. The bedroom has a bathroom en suite with shower and toilet.
This luxury villa is what one would call spectacular.
Layout of the first Floor:
On the first floor accommodates the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have 2 good single beds. If desired a small childbed can be placed in one of the 3 bedrooms.
The bathroom with heated floor can be accessed from both bedrooms and features a shower, toilet and sink.
